With the incredible popularity of reality television cooking shows, many people are now hitting the kitchen to create and perfectly ‘plate-up’ their very own signature dish.
Popular celebrity chef, television presenter, author, restaurateur and brand ambassador Ben O’Donoghue will share his passion for cooking and facilitate cooking demonstrations for both intimate and larger groups.
Ben will share the importance of good communication and teamwork in the kitchen and will then break you into teams and take part in a cook-off, with Ben at the helm. This very tasty team-building activity is the perfect addition to any meeting.
A GOLF LESSON FOR CHAMPIONS
Sanctuary Cove’s touring professional and resident Adam Scott has just become the first Australian to win The US Masters and your delegates can learn what it takes to play on the championship golf courses where Adam mastered his skills.
The group clinic situation with our Golf Professional includes 20 minutes on the driving range, 20 minutes on the chipping green and 20 minutes on the putting green.
Delegates then pair up for a friendly competition on the putting green to see who will wear the green jacket back to the conference room.
A TEAM BUILDING ADVENTURE LIKE NO OTHER
If you’re looking for a team building activity like no other, you can’t go past RUSH HOUR. The team from Big Stick will kidnap your CEOmid meeting, leaving the staff to fend for themselves. With a few basic elements (iPad, 2 two-way radios) and one clue, this fast paced action packed adventure may involve helicopters, sports cars, Harley Davidsons, jet boats, luxury yachts, mountain bikes and foot power. Your team will come together to do whatever they can to bring your CEO back.
At the end of this 2 – 4 hour activity, you’ll have one happy CEO, many thrilled employees and one great team!
SINGING IN HARMONY WITH THE VOICE
Sing together in harmony with Australia’s leading spontaneous choirmaster - Darren Percival.
This interactive workshop is like no other. Filled with helpful tools, created to explore, strengthen and unleash the human voice. Delegates will be involved, engaged and transported in this interactive workshop before coming together as a team for the final production.

Experience the legends of the Dreamtime through traditional music; such as the didgeridoo, fire making, face painting, dance and indigenous story telling through the eyes of the Australian native wildlife. Meet a Koala (Borobi in Yugambeh Language), pat a baby crocodile (Koegal in Torres Strait Islander Language) or get up close with a wombat, snake or a rare and endangered bilby.

LEARN HOW TO TASTE WINE LIKE A PRO
Immerse your delegates in a sensory experience with a customised Master Class with the Resort’s Sommelier David Stevens-Castro. Expand their understanding of wine as they learn about the types of wines, different characteristics of the wine, what regions they are from and how geography and climate influence the flavour profile. They will also get some tips on how to choose the right wine to complement the food they are eating.
Originally from Chile, David has a degree in Agricultural Science specialising in wine and fruit production and has worked extensively as a fine dining Sommelier in Australia. David is currently pursuing a Master of Wine qualification, the most prestigious and challenging wine qualification in the world.
