How do I secure my date?

To confirm your booking we require the return of your signed contract along with a deposit of 25% of the overall wedding. Your additional deposits will be broken down further with the final payment due 4 weeks before your special day. 

Can I bring my own catering?

Due to very strict hotel and HACAP regulations you are unable to bring your own catering but rest assured, we have a very talented and experienced team of chefs that work at the Resort. 

 Do I have a menu tasting?

We do offer complimentary menu tastings for our brides and grooms for plated menus only. You will also have the chance to speak to our culinary team in regards to your menu if you need to add any additional notes. We're dedicated to ensuring everything is perfect on your wedding day. 

Do you customise wedding packages?

We have a very experienced wedding team on hand to help you create your special day. If our wedding packages don't tick all your boxes, we are happy to sit down and tailor something for you to help celebrate such a memorable occasion. 

Can I have a ceremony rehearsal?

There is a complimentary wedding ceremony rehearsal included in all of our ceremony packages. You will need to organise the best time with your wedding planner to ensure your venue is booked for your rehearsal. We encourage all bridal parties, celebrants and anyone looking after music to attend the rehearsal so you have the assurance that your day will run smoothly.
