Executive Chef Matt Hart and his team have crafted an a la carte menu connecting you with the freshest tastes of the Gold Coast, from racks of wood-fired sovereign lamb and seasonally-infused pastas to market-fresh Fish of the Day post seared tuna entrees.
Can’t choose from the a la carte menu? Matt Hart has conducted a melody of Queensland’s finest flavours with a six-course degustation highlighting his favourite items on the menu. Accompany your dining experience with a wine from The Fireplace’s 300-strong wine library - the proud recipient of Two Glasses in Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards, 2017.
We are excited to announce that due to popular demand The Fireplace restaurant will be open on Sundays, commencing on 1st April 2018.
Please note: Fireplace will be closed on Easter Friday & Saturday.

Dinner is served Tuesday to Saturday from 5:30pm-10:00pm.
