LIVE CHEF STATIONS

In July 2017, InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort held the IHG Career Insight Event, celebrating the leaders in IHG. Set on The Fountain Terrace, we hosted a cocktail party with live cooking stations, sweet and savoury canapés and a myriad of memorable moments.

Guests journeyed through live cooking stations, sampling smoking canapes fresh off the BBQ, cocktails shaken and stirred in front of them and cakes freshly iced on the spot. Our Chefs spoke keenly with our guests, sharing inspiration behind recipes and tailoring menus to our guests unique tastes throughout the evening.
