For the ultimate refuel, you will enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast in Cove Café followed by a stroll through The Marine Village where you'll discover a variety of specialty shops including boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and cafés. With a backdrop of yacht-dotted waters and Queensland sunshine there is no better time to stop for a coffee and marvel at the spectacular boats housed in the world-class marina. The perfect end to the morning? Guests of InterContinental receive exclusive access to the member-only championship course, The Pines, where you could experience the perfect round among 101 hectares of pristine pine forest.
After golf, stroll back to the Resort for an afternoon of relaxation and indulgence. Treat yourself to a massage or treatment at Champions Hair Beauty Day Spa and spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing around the spectacular beach lagoon pool. For the ultimate in indulgence (well deserved!) experience High Coffee inside The Fireplace; the first of its kind in the region lead by Head Chef Matt Hart and team of incredibly pastry chefs. Suitably indulged with lavender eclairs, scones with Chantilly cream and espresso martinis, head to the one-acre beach lagoon with your very own pool lounge and holiday read. For those wanting to get out and about and explore the Gold Coast, my Concierge team is on hand to help plan the perfect afternoon.
The all-new The Verandah Bar is your haven for the perfect pre-dinner drink before heading into our signature dining restaurant, The Fireplace. Reminiscent of a private dining room in a large manor house, The Fireplace offers contemporary provincial style wood fired cuisine featuring the very best local produce from the land and sea. With over 300 glasses of wine and a seasonal menu brimming of the latest culinary genius, you will also experience the theatrics of having chefs prepare meals in front of your eyes in the wood-fired ovens and open mis en place. The finale? An after dinner stroll along the boardwalk overlooking the marina is the perfect way to end a perfect evening.
