Romance is born inside the resort’s signature restaurant, with hushed lighting and the ambience of our crackling wood-fire oven setting the scene as you arrive to a celebratory flute of Chandon Sparkling before enjoying three-courses designed by Executive Chef Matt Hart. Highlighted dishes include an entrée of locally-sourced Moreton Bug and a custom-designed Valentine’s dessert: Raspberry and Chocolate Rose Delice.
