Your afternoon luncheon moves through entrees of sugar cane cured ocean trout or chicken and ham terrine, followed by mains of hearty sous wide fillet of beef or Far North Queensland Barramundi infused with chili and lime. The menu reaches a crescendo with two decadent desserts, the whimsical rosewater pannacotta served with mint and strawberry salad, or the chocolate mousse dressed in fairy floss and gold-dust.
