Explore the taste of winter through a three course menu, underpinned by The Fireplace’s signature wood-fired cuisine and bolstered by wines from Bimbadgen vineyard.
This multi-sensory menu takes advantage of the seasonality of winter produce and is proudly prepared by Executive Chef, Matt Hart and his discerning culinary team. Indulge in Mooloolaba crab, served as a roulade and garnished with fennel pollen. Our hearty main takes the form of a lamb loin, forged by fire and dressed in caramelised onion. End the night decadently with a bittersweet chocolate orange mousse, accompanied by a spiced fruit brioche and yogurt sorbet. Discover the very best of winter, with produce from land and sea, brought to life through masterful cooking techniques at The Fireplace.
Bimbadgen wines hail from the Hunter Valley, NSW’s very own wine country. Each wine will fortify its matched course, with the aim to elevate tastebuds to greater heights. A range of Semillon, the region’s most famous grapes, will be available, as well as full-bodied Shiraz wines for the main course. Our Wine and Dine with Bimbadgen is undeniably this season’s not to be missed event.
