Embracing Good Friday’s seafood tradition and enjoying a meat-free feast won’t be hard this year thanks to The Grange's ultimate seafood buffet. With seatings available from 6-9pm, kick off Easter long-weekend with Australia’s finest, from market-fresh platters of prawns, crabs and oysters.  

As a tradition steeped in chocolate, indulge in the Easter-inspired dessert buffet featuring chocolate egg mousse cups, rich tiramisu, lemon tarts, mango pavlova and more.

Dinner under the stars.

Enjoy a stunning Dinner Under the Stars experience from 6pm this Easter Saturday. Set in one of Sanctuary Cove's tropical outdoor locations, this relaxed barbeque event will serve up an a la carte selection of juicy steak fillets,  baby barramundi, garlic prawns and more.

Dinner will be followed by an indulgent dessert menu including blueberry cheesecake, chocolate brownies and local artisan cheeses.
